We only collect information that is necessary to provide you with the features of the Growing app across our mobile and web platforms.

  • Account Information: You can interact with the App without a user account for a single session. However, if you wish to store your personal information and data beyond your initial session, you will be required to create an account.   • Device & Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information when you access the App. This may include your device type, browser type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and basic usage statistics to help us maintain and improve performance.

All our third-party partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your personal data for any purpose other than providing infrastructure services to us.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.

  • Account Deletion: In compliance with App Store guidelines and privacy best practices, you can initiate the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time directly from within the App settings. Once requested, your personal data will be permanently wiped from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

The Growing app is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We strictly require all users to be older than 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information from our records immediately.
